Area Sales Lead - (SME) Business - Spark NZ

Responsibilities :

  • Reporting to the SME National Chapter Lead you will form part of the Area leadership team in our Spark SME Customer Channel.
  • Based in Auckland you will lead a partner network and coordinate direct & indirect relationships to achieve sales & service targets.

  • As an Area Lead in our SME business channel you will lead a territory / region to deliver outstanding customer experiences and revenue performance across a network of local Business hub regions.
  • You will be required to establish a culture of high performance across customer facing teams to deliver to aligned targets and customer satisfaction across an existing base.
  • You'll be required to lead from the front with quality customer facing time and be instrumental in recruitment & coaching.
  • You'll champion the needs of your teams with stakeholders across Spark and channel partners to improve sales & service outcomes.
  • To be considered you will have :

  • You'll have 3+ years' experience in sales & service leadership, including the ability to effectively maintain and influence direct & indirect relationships, key stakeholders, and other leaders.
  • You'll have relevant experience in ICT, with a proven track record of achievement.
  • You will have excellent collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability clearly articulate ideas / concepts & effectively present both written & verbal.
  • Strong commercial & analytical skills are a must. You'll have the ability to understand commercial drivers and how they can be used to influence behaviours in channel.
  • You'll be an advocate for our customers and partners and focused on delivering support to enable the front line to excel and deliver outstanding customer interactions.
  • A leader who understands by listening, builds community by connecting people and is an enabler of others. A proven collaborator and seeker of practical solutions to business challenges.
  • On top of this, you're a role model for :
