Location : Based in Wellington Contract : Permanent, Monday to Friday (40 hours - no statuary or weekend work) Salary : $39,908 to $53,214 ABOUT THE ROLE This Equipment Co-ordinator position is one of five, who make a committed team that works in the Central Equipment Pool at Wellington Hospital.
The Central Equipment Pool provides a centralised equipment loan service for patient rehabilitation and recovery within Wellington and Kenepuru Hospitals and to the general community across Wellington, Porirua and the Kapiti Coast.
DUTIES Move equipment to & from the Wards. Co-ordinate and deliver equipment to patients within the wider community. Check and carry out minor repairs to equipment as required.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Clean Drivers licence, Car minimum. Proven experience in store / warehouse role Strong Organisational skills Proven experience in general office administration Must be physically able to for lifting and shifting equipment.
Proven computer skills especially MS Office & Excel Effective communicator Proven team member Ability to keep calm under pressure Be able to follow instructions, routines.
