The opportunity

We are looking for a passionate, ambitious, and innovative Senior Project Manager, to join our growing Business Transformation (BX) team.

You must have a passion for consulting and solving complex business problems for our clients. As a Senior Project Manager, you'll be responsible for bringing experience and thought-leadership across the delivery of business transformation and customer experience.

What experience are we looking for?

  • Consult with stakeholders to understand scope, stakeholders, products, etc. of each initiative.
  • Provide advice on ensuring Agile delivery within the client’s constraints, including the division of work into projects, teams, releases, epics, etc.
  • Experience across delivery of business transformation / CX engagements
  • Establish and maintain project schedules
  • Engage with the product owners to ensure that stories are identified and specified appropriately, including definition of done
  • Establish the project structure, stories, etc. in Jira and document actions, decisions, etc. in Confluence
  • Manage and continuously improve the delivery teams’ use of agile practices
  • Lead and / or organise standups and ceremonies
  • Provide sprint reports and monthly project reports
