Our Wellington based client is looking for a Data Entry Administrator role for a 3 month temp assignment.
The successful applicant for this position will be responsible for administrative duties; that deadlines for specific duties are met;
that a high level of accuracy is achieved; that routine matters are maintained at our usual high professional standard.
About the role :
Processing of high volumes of payments at a high level of accuracy (Accounts Payable)
Processing of high volume of repayments at a high level of accuracy
Assist with the producing of customer disclosure requirements, eg. Six Monthly Financing Statements
Assist with the preparation of Broker Remittance Advices and Monthly Statements
Assist with the processing of client premium funding applications
Assist with the updating of client contact details
Assisting management and other staff as and when required
Other tasks as and when they arise to assist the business to achieve its goals and objectives
Your skills :
Accuracy and efficiency with attention to detail
Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft suite (i.e. Excel, Word and Outlook)
Prior experience or an understanding of accounting concepts (desirable)
Organised, analytical and able to keep to deadlines
A willingness to learn
Excellent communications skills, written and oral
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
