We are looking for a Business Analyst with experience in finance to research, analyse and report meaningful and comprehensive financial information which can be relied on to drive financial and business decisions across the group.

This is a newly created role, to support the Senior Business Analyst and work alongside the Financial Coordinators in the team.

As the first point of contact for all ERP queries, you will support our practice groups with fee proposal calculations, create informative reports and present analysis to senior teams and provide suggested alternatives and improvements for continuous development so our teams can work smarter and develop our offerings to the studio.


  • Develop financial models, conduct benchmarking and process analysis
  • Present insightful data reporting and analysis to ensure the financial success of the Practice Groups
  • Own and deliver business analysis and reporting, such as Are we on track reports
  • Run the month end billing process
  • Project management assistance, tableau / BI reporting and reconciliations
  • Resolve escalations and financial queries from the Financial Coordinator and Project Architects
  • Requirements

  • 3 years+ work experience in Finance, as a Financial Analyst, Business Analyst in Finance or similar role
  • Proven knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance and information analysis
  • Tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounts or equivalent
  • Superior communication and presentation skills, comfortable presenting statistical data to the leadership team
  • Expertise in MS Excel, strong PowerPoint skills and prior experience using an ERP or BI tools
