About the role
We have an exciting career opportunity for a new Village Manager to join the team. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will have responsibility for all aspects of the village, including strategic planning, service delivery, and asset and financial management to ensure village profitability.
This is an exciting and busy role for an energetic and resilient manager who will thrive on the challenges of operating the village successfully and being part of a nationally recognised brand.

Skills and experience required
You must have previous operational management experience, strong commercial acumen and a working knowledge of budgets. As a natural leader, you will be a skilled communicator, adept at navigating through the day to day demands of a busy and vibrant village.
Your people management skills will ensure you quickly establish relationships with your residents and staff as well as other internal and external customers including contractors.
Your personal values must align with the company values of respect, passion, teamwork and integrity and finally, you will need to have a high level of computer literacy.
