We areLooking for a capable personal to work at the role of Liquor Store manager, where You willHave full responsibility for managing all aspects of the business and You must be committed to excellence, be driven to succeed in driving the business forward.

which includes following duties : Computer and organisational skills.*Train new staff and provide ongoing performance management and training to staff in any of the fields like health and safety to abide any damage during job.

  • Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and store security / safety procedures as required.*Budget, monitor and manage costs effectively, ensuring that the business meets all financial targets and profitability.
  • Ensure that purchasing takes advantage of best available prices from suppliers and trial and change products as required.
  • Arrange marketing and promotions of the business to develop a loyal local business and also to take advantage of any passing traffic*Maintain any financial or administrative records required for the business.
  • Abide by all the legal requirements in the selling of restricted goods which includes liquor and cigarettes or other relevant regulations.
  • Provide retail service, deal with any customer complaints or problems and ensure good customer service.*General upkeep of all the areas around business, personal safety of the staff.

    Therefore, we seek an outgoing, dynamic, happy individual who shows that they have what it takes to succeed in a competitive sales environment while working as part of a great team.

    You must be honest, reliable and be available for work any day, including weekends and public holidays as we as a liquor store only shut 3 and half days in a year, so need someone flexible with that.

    Store opening hours are from 10am to 10pm Sun- Thursday and 10am to 11pm Fri-Sat.You must also have following : Relevant tertiary business / management qualification and equivalent experience in management or retail industry.

  • Managers certificate and License Controller Qualification.*Good verbal and written communication skills.*Excellent computer, POS and stock control system skills.
  • An excellent customer focus and high standards.*Ability to maintain store premises to a high standard.*You must be able to clear drug test.
  • You must have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.Note : - All the applications must be submitted by end of 15 july 2020 .
