We are currently recruiting a Team Coordinator to support our super busy Property Team.

About the role

As key support for the Property Leadership Team, you’ll be the glue that holds things together. Acting as a primary contact, you’ll represent the team fielding enquires, getting the right information in front of the right people while ensuring people are where they need to be, when they need to be there.

Key responsibilities include among other things :

  • Manage the information flow, representing the team by acting as a guide for who is best to deal with queries and operational requirements while managing a system that ensures nothing falls through the cracks
  • Coordination of diaries and meeting schedule for the property team including travel bookings
  • Support the planning and coordination of the Property team and its activities including event management and project coordination
  • Support the creation of documents and board papers as well as the coordination of funding proposals for Board approval.
  • Ensure implementation of the policies and practices of the Property Team, including project set up, approvals , DFA’s, etc.
  • About you

    An organizer with an eye for detail, you’ll be comfortable prioritizing a constantly shifting to do list. With experience operating as a trusted support to senior management you’ll have worked in a role where you have supported teams in the past.

    You’ll have excellent communication skills both written and verbal, will be able to implement process to ensure nothing ever gets missed and will be able to demonstrate your ability to meet deadlines while producing quality work.

    Technically savvy, you’ll have excellent MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel etc.) skills and although not essential, will ideally have a working knowledge of SAP.
