Our Meadowbank facility in Auckland is seeking a fulltime Clinical Manager genuinely enthusiastic and committed to delivery of daily best practice for elders.

This is your time to join an innovative multidisciplinary team delivering person centred care to improve quality of life and wellbeing for elders living in residential care.

You will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Registered Nurses and Health Care Assistants to work as collaborative members of a multidisciplinary team.

This is a challenging role focused on continuous quality improvement. Your sound general medicine clinical knowledge and experience, combined with proven people management skills, will inspire, motivate, and support the Registered Nurses and Health Care Assistants to deliver consistent, confident, and competent best practice care for our residents.

  • Key Requirements : At least 5 years recent general medicine nursing experience;Proven experience leading teams of Registered Nurses and Health Care Assistants;
  • Be registered with NZ Nursing Council as a Registered Nurse;Hold a current and valid annual practicing certificate;Legally eligible to work in NZ;
  • An understanding of the Age Care Sector;Excellent communication skills;Commitment to continuous quality improvement;Track record of quality care consistently delivered with kindness and compassion;
