WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
The position is responsible in identifying growth and profit opportunities, concentrating on areas of risk and loss prevention.
Requires critical analysis and frequent contact with clients, partners and external stakeholders
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Account and Relationship Management
Maintain strict adherence to corporate objectives in the quality standards for car park performance.
Monitor car park daily and monthly targets and initiate remedial action if targets are not being met.
Prepare and recommend quarterly plans for cost reduction initiatives by car park.
Delivering on business development opportunities.
Conduct lease renewals & negotiations with landlords
Drive strategies that deliver highest yield per asset and overall portfolio
Short and medium term strategic planning (budgeting and forecasting)
Major account management and collaborating with Operations Project teams to ensure contract compliance
Prepare, document and present competitive analysis and assist with recommendations for potential and / or existing customers / business
Management of financials including monthly reporting & reconciliations
Budgeting, reconciliations and forecasting skills, including direct communication with FP & A accountants
Distribute all necessary material, pertinent to relevant property, as requested by inquiring parties
Develop and manage key stakeholder / service provider partnerships to ensure delivery, on time and on budget, and exceptional customer experience
Undertake Market Reviews - obtaining required market evidence to justify recommendations.
Prepare full business cases and commercially sound recommendations for any initiative, operating or capital expenditure.
Oversee the completion of reconciliations and ensure a smooth recovery process
General Responsibilities
Ensure that the organization complies with contractual obligations as well as state regulations and policies
Develop and maintain relationships with clients
Document and maintain integrity of processes; make recommendations for improvements
Manage portfolios with the aim of maximizing returns
Liaising with the operational & project management team
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
3+ years' experience in Property Management in a retail or commercial environment, managing a multi-site portfolio
Demonstrated ability to provide consistent, high quality management input into the business on a daily basis.
Demonstrated effective communication skills and experience in client relationship management
Demonstrated ability to work to deadlines and under pressure.
Ability to contribute to the efficiency and profitability of the business.
Intermediate level of competency in Microsoft Office applications.
Prior experience in strategic account management
A track record in contract and project management
Must be a strategic thinker and a have strong negotiation skills
