We have an opportunity within our Production team for an experience Team Leader to oversee the Afternoon Shift production of our liquid’s products.

Reporting to the Production Manager, you will be responsible for supervising a team of highly skilled operators and ensuring the production schedules are met and that all products are manufactured efficiently, to the correct quality, quantity, cost, and timeframes.

This is a permanent full-time position with typical working hours between 2 : 00pm 10 : 00pm Monday to Friday, however flexibility is required to work overtime and during the weekend as necessary.

Your key responsibilities would include :

  • Providing effective hands-on leadership, coaching, and training to the Afternoon Shift manufacturing team
  • Ensure all FDA, GMP and DIFOT requirements are met in the manufacture of liquids products
  • Delivery of the Liquids master production schedule
  • Execute Daily / Weekly Production Commitment
  • Developing, implementing, and driving continuous improvement for safety and quality
  • Ensuring procedures are followed and GMP & FDA standards are adhered to at all times
  • We’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running, so to be successful you MUST have :

  • Proven supervisory / management experience in a manufacturing environment
  • The ability to motivate and build a strong culture of compliance and accountability within your team
  • Significant experience working in a manufacturing environment (5 + years)
  • Strong working knowledge of GMP & preferably FDA manufacturing regulations
  • Strong understanding of health and safety requirements
  • The ability to manage resources in order to meet changing priorities
  • Strong computer literacy with the ability to pick up new packages and processes easily
  • Strong numeracy skills and the ability to analyse and interpret data
  • Excellent written and verbal English language communication skills
