Our Airbnb management business has expanded rapidly and we need more support staff.This role will involve inspecting the apartments before guests arrive and if necessary putting the finishing touches to the property.
Making sure the access keys are in the lockbox and everything is ready for the guest. On occasion meeting tradies and delivering items to the apartments plus supporting the guest services team.
If you are available, you may be asked to meet & greet guests, checking them into the accommodation plus you will be in charge of assisting the guest with any questions that they may have about Auckland and making them feel welcome to a new city.
The right candidate will have : Excellent communication skillsAttention to detail (essential for property inspections)Knowledge of Auckland (tourist attractions, restaurants, bars)Well presentedSmartphone with dataOwning a vehicle and clean full driver's license is preferred but not essential (bonus if you live in the CBD!)Customer-facing work experience preferred but not essentialFor this job, you will give the employer your availability for a given month and then be rostered shifts based on that availability.
You will be expected to honour that commitment. As this is a casual contract, you are not guaranteed fixed hours per week.
Please be aware that you will be a self-employed contractor and not an employee so you will be responsible for filing your own tax return.
