The Information Services team has an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst with excellent analytical and problem solving skills to help shape the future of healthcare in our region!
Key areas of focus for this role :
Investigate and make recommendations to improve systems and processes, with regards to business operations effectiveness
Create and maintain key documentation including business requirements, functional specifications, wireframes and support guides
Assist with knowledge transfer to Information Services Project manager, trainer, Help Desk staff and SME’s
Liaise with the business and interfaces with other information technology professionals
What you'll bring to the team :
Strong technical skills and experience in business analyst methodologies, frameworks and guiding principles
A self-starter, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise your workload with exceptional time management
Excellent business process analysis and documentation skills, continually seeking improved efficiencies within the organisation
Results oriented mind-set (proven delivery)
Ability to develop relationships with a broad range of people, from management to clinical staff
You will thrive on problem solving, collaboration and creating innovative and relevant solutions. A whatever it takes approach
