Key requirements for the role include :
Ideally 2 years hospitality experience in a vibrant, fast-paced restaurant
Current, valid LCQ & Manager's certificate
Be able to do early starts (often as early as 5.00am)
A good understanding of opening / closing venues & cashing up
Experience managing and leading a team
Ideally experience in company wide systems such as SynergySuite, ResDiary and Onetap or similar systems
Competency on the bar & floor
Good food & beverage knowledge and high focus on customer experiences
To be great at building relationships with customers and team members
To be comfortable under pressure
