    We arelooking for an efficient medical administrator with outstanding communicationand organisational skills to join our Radiology team.

    You will provideadministrative support to our clinicians including (but not limited to) : reception,ensuring patient documentation is maintained and up to date, booking radiologyappointments and follow-ups, and Dictaphone typing of clinical correspondence.

    You will also be expected to assistthe other administrative staff by covering periods of leave and sickness. Inreturn you’ll enjoy support from the team and a collegial working environment.

    This is a permanentposition working 40 hours a fortnight (0.5FTE). Shifts are rostered between thehours of 0700 and 1730, across Sunday to Thursday, on a rotating basis.

    The commencing salary for this position is $47,580 (pro rata i.e. based on a 40 hour week).

    You will have a bright, outgoing personality and will possess excellentinterpersonal skills and a passion for delivering a consistently high level ofcustomer service.

    You will be a competent typist and possess a sound knowledgeof the MS Office Suite. Knowledge of medical terminology would be an advantage,but is not essential.

    You’ll be highly empathetic, respect the importance ofmaintaining patient confidentiality and will have demonstrated the ability tomanage a busy workload.
