Your role as a Customer Value Specialist is to provide an exceptional and seamless customer experience. Taking inbound sales and service calls you will be speaking with potential and existing customers, providing information on AAMI’s products and identifying insurance policies to meet our customer’s needs.

Hours & Training

These are full time roles offering 37.5 hours per week, with the following available shift options :

  • Option 1 : Monday Friday starting between 8am 10am
  • Option 2 : Saturday Wednesday starting between 8am 10am
  • If successful, you will be required to attend 7 weeks full time paid training commencing on the 9th of November. Training is provided Monday Friday and will be delivered remotely.

    To be successful you will have

  • The ability to connect with customers, lead great conversations and provide the right solutions.
  • Experience in customer focussed role and knowledge / understanding of a sales process
  • You will be comfortable working to achievable customer sales and service targets
  • Computer literacy and navigation skills
  • You must have - a phone line, internet connection, a computer or laptop with dual monitors and a quiet area, where you will not be disturbed during work hours as you will be required to work from home in this role
