We have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Workforce Planner to join this well-known New Zealand organisation.
As Workforce Planner you will be experienced with staff forecasting, call queue management, accurate and timely reporting on call volumes and other call centre trends.
Ideally you will have had exposure to Variant or had experience working through a system migration.
The role will require you to be very analytical as you review trends, reports and communicate effective ways to aid continuous improvement to standard business process.
Adherence to agreed service delivery measures is a key focus and you will impact and drive these results through careful and strategic staff rostering and resource management.
You will need the ability to build strong internal relationships and be able to communicate and influence senior managers in the contact centre environment.

Proven experience in a similar busy contact centre workforce planner role is essential as is intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
You will need to have strong verbal and written English communication skills to perform well in this role. You will be the type of person who enjoys and appreciates the detail and thrives on finding ways to improve systems and methodology by reviewing data.
Based in Manukau this is a fantastic local opportunity for someone who is a call centre veteran and can add value to a large inbound and outbound centre.
