Intergen seeks an awesome Supply Chain Consultant to join our Dynamics Solutions Team in either AKL or WLG

The Role

As Supply Chain Consultant you will work in partnership with our clients, advising on how to use Dynamics 365 to meet their business objectives : Work closely with clients to understand their needs to design and consult on world-

class solutions and best approach. You’ll be our expert in the AX Trade and Logistics modules and comfortable leveraging your specialist knowledge to add value to all of your projects.

Your responsibilities will include :

  • Carry out quality assurance on your own work and provide guidance to more junior members of the team
  • Advise clients how to use information technology to meet their business objectives, overcome problems and to assist clients to gain an understanding of high level technical concepts
  • Provide guidance and expertise to support and help grow the skill set of junior peers.
  • Deliver presentations to peers, colleagues and clients to advance knowledge and increase Intergen’s profile in the community.
  • Understand the business processes specific to a clients solution needs and develop relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Guide the client in extracting maximum value from the product(s) and solution implemented.
  • Contribute to assessing the suitability of system enhancement(s) as requested.

    You will have :

  • Demonstrable consulting experience with an excellent understanding of Microsoft 365 for Operations and best practices .
  • Experience in consulting and implementation experience required in the respective product or solution. Demonstrable experience in analysis for system support, release and implementation and with practical product configuration and change management experience expected.
  • Knowledge of and experience in Microsoft Dynamics solutions relating to all things to do with warehousing, stock management etc for our market .
  • A strong understanding of wider Microsoft technologies with the ability to present these and their benefits to existing and potential clients.
  • Confidence working directly with clients to gain a thorough understanding of their vision.
  • The willingness and ability to mentor others and share you knowledge with the wider team.
