We are looking for an experienced risk consultant to be based either our Auckland or Wellington offices. We are offering a full time role, with flexible working opportunities.

Working as an enterprise risk professional within our Consulting practice you will have access to a broad range of engagements, industries, learn from the best and work for an employer that supports lifelong learning and career development.
You will handle complex issues and resolve key challenges for a range of leading New Zealand organisations.
Enterprise Risk helps clients identify and address key risk areas, while building the agility to respond quickly. We leverage technology and integrate upside, downside, and outside risks to drive strategic value, build, and maintain trust in a rapidly changing risk landscape.
Your key responsibilities
Delivery of a range of risk activities, including strategic, operational and financial process and control assessments, testing plans and outcomes.
Acting as conduit between client and management to highlight key areas of risk and issues identified.
Delivery of data analytics to support work performed.
Delivery of written reports that are meaningful for our clients.
Day to day oversight of team members and activities to effectively manage programme scope and deliverables.
Develop and grow strong internal and external relationships with key stakeholders.
Apply critical thinking and innovative techniques to the delivery of work.
Provide quality assurance across programmes and / or projects.
Skills and attributes for success
To qualify for the role, you must have
Minimum of 2 years’ experience working for a leading commercial, government or professional services organisation.
An understanding of key business processes, risks and controls.
Demonstrated risk experience.
Great communication skills.
Be a self-starter.
Strong report writing skills.
Strong excel skills.
Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
Confidence to build stakeholder relationships.
Ideally, you’ll also have
A consulting mindset that is comfortable navigating through periods of ambiguity and change.
Experience in project delivery and working in teams to best serve stakeholder needs.
