The role

We are looking for Production Operators to work in our fast-moving pharmaceutical manufacturing department. Our Production team manufacture prescription medicines that are exported all around the world.

We work 3 shifts, Monday to Friday. Day Shift (7.30 am - 4.00 pm), Afternoon Shift (3.45 pm - 11.45 pm) and Night Shift (11.30 pm - 7.30 am).

You work to cGMP standards which means we are super clean. You follow Standard Operating Procedures at all times, whether you are gearing up in PPE, mixing products, cleaning machinery, there is always a strict procedure that needs to be followed.

It is like baking a cake, you control the preparation, measurement and feeding of raw and in-process materials to ensure that each batch contains the exact quantities and ingredients needed.

The cool thing about this role is working with our top-of-the-line production equipment. You set up, run, troubleshoot, and maintain all these pieces of kit so they run like a dream.

And of course, documentation is pretty important in our environment, we have to keep a record of all that we do.

This role will be working in a world class clean environment and as a Production Operator, a key part of your role will require you to work across the wash bay area to ensure the machinery parts and equipment are cleaned to meet required standard.

Previous experience in machine operation is highly advantageous.
