Commercial Property - Senior Solicitor / Senior Associate (full-time, part-time and flex options available)
Wellington, NZ
1d ago

We have an exciting opportunity for a lawyer with 4-8 years' experience to join our supportive, energetic and high performing Wellington property team.

Acknowledged as trusted advisors to numerous large commercial property investors, governmental agencies, developers and funders across the country - our real estate team provides a unique end-to-end solution for large scale property deals.

We are one of the largest national real estate and development practices in New Zealand, and this scale offers you varied and high-end experience.

The ideal candidate will bring a real interest in property, and the ability to provide commercially pragmatic advice across a broad spectrum of property issues.

You will ideally have around 4-8 years' property gained from a well-regarded law firm. You will be comfortable running files yourself, and enjoy mentoring and supporting more junior lawyers.

We offer the opportunity to extend your experience on a diverse range of property and development work with a mix of quality clients from the corporate and government sectors.

The team prides itself on providing high quality work from within a supportive environment, thriving on challenge and excellence whilst recognising the benefits of a balance between career and home life.

MinterEllisonRuddWatts is supportive of flexible (including part-time) working arrangements where possible and we would encourage you to discuss this with us, should this be something you are interested in.
