This role is leading a large automotive brand so experience working on, or an interest in the category would be advantageous.
Key responsibilities for this role include : Have a deep understanding of the client’s business and its customers. Consult with clients and offer sound advice on the digital opportunities relevant to their business goalsScope and plan digital solutions, digital campaigns and digital initiatives to improve your clients’ businessWorking with the Operations team to get projects executed to budget and on time by providing clear direction, accurate briefs and the timely provision of all relevant informationManage and support Account Managers while they are managing projects internally and clients externallyBuild and maintain brilliant and effective client relationships leading to client advocacyKey requirements for this role include : Experience A minimum of 5 years of client service skills in a digital agency environmentBrand Strategy Advanced understanding of brand strategy, and the process used to create world class solutionsCommunication Self-
confidence and the ability to communicate with all agency stakeholders. Powerful written & verbal communication skillsDigital understanding Awareness of new technology, digital marketing channels and the opportunities that exist within eachStrategic planning Demonstrates an understanding of and insight into the key issues facing your clientsClient management Understand client needs and can translate these into usable digital solutionsCommercial focus Ensuring your clients see return on investment, and continue to be commercially successfulInfluencing and Persuading Understands how best to influence different types of people and is successful in persuading others.
