Compass has an exciting opportunity for a passionate and dedicated Manager - Service Operations to drive results at our new Auckland site.
This is a leadership role that will take full ownership of the day-to-day operations of the site.
In this role not only are you responsible for the day-to-day operation of the site but you will also be responsible for driving performance of our contracted services while maintaining strong client relationships.
You will also be responsible for managing, developing, and training of all team members. This role is all go!
