What will you be doing Ngā whainga?
As a Performance Analyst you will be responsible for developing a strong understanding of performance across all our activities and developing the tools and processes for monitoring and reporting on it.
You'll have the opportunity to work across teams, getting to know all that is going on in the organisation, and challenging teams on how they assess and improve their performance.
Ultimately you will help us measure the impact of the work we do and provide insight into which activities and interventions Tourism New Zealand should increase focus on or stop doing.
