0800 83 83 83 Pizza Hut has the most recognised and widely known number in NZ Pizza Hut has been in existence in NZ since 1974 the look and feel of the stores may have changed but making great pizza remains constant As we continue to experience ongoing success we are looking for great talent to join us here as part of the Restaurant Brands family that operate Pizza Hut KFC Carls Jr and Taco Bell The PH Hornby store is in need of an Assistant Restaurant General Manager to assist with the day to day running of the store and work with the Restaurant General Manager to ensure deliveries go out on time make sure staff are engaged and trained customers expectations are exceeded and high quality delicious pizzas are being made to our Pizza Hut standard As an Assistant Restaurant Manager you will Provide an excellent level of customer service and drive a customer service culture across the storeBe responsible for running shifts and the store in the Managers absenceTrain and coach staff and drive performanceDirect and motivate a team within a busy Quick Service Restaurant QSR Be part of ordering managing wastage and controlling labour costsAssist with the overall running and management of a busy fast food environmentWe are looking for people with Supervisory experience and the ability to lead a teamSome business understanding to help with the running of the storeEnergy integrity and drive to succeedPassion to train and coach othersExperience within a customer service environment hospitality or retail would be ideal but is not essential Whats in it for you Ongoing training and development including specific inhouse programmesFuture opportunities to become a Restaurant ManagerBeing part of an exciting brand that is well known in NZSalary based on 40 hours worked per week fixed shifts so you know when you workOur stores operate late in the evenings and are 7 day trading stores This role is a salaried 40 hour per week role and there is an expectation that you will need to work across the trading hours to ensure you are across all elements of the business and trading patterns Please note that we do operation within a fixed shift labour model which means you will have set days and hours to work Apply online now if this sounds like a position you are interested in
