This organisation is a friendly, down to earth bunch and are looking for an all rounder in this sole charge administration / office manager role.

Duties of the role include :

  • Answering phones
  • SAP- Purchase orders
  • Loading technicians to emergency call outs
  • Accounts receivable
  • Accounts payable- (matching invoices to packing slips)
  • Ad hoc admin support
  • I am looking for :

  • Previous admin experience
  • Attention to detail
  • A Competent phone manner / friendly demeanor
  • Task focused and can put their hand to anything (no matter how big or small)
  • There will be a full handover with the person currently in the position before they go away on annual leave.
