About the Role

We are looking for reliable and experienced Commercial Foremen and / or Leading Hands to join our Waikato Construction Team.

Liaising with our internal divisions, you will have opportunities to work on many diverse commercial construction projects.

You will play a key role in supervising and mentoring our concrete / carpentry teams and may be required to assist or be on the tools for short periods.

Work is based on commercial warehouses and industrial projects.

Skills You Will Need

Being an integral member of our construction team, you will contribute to the completion of our varied projects. We are looking for team members with the following :

  • To work effectively within a team, to work to deadlines, and under pressure
  • To communicate with people effectively and professionally at all levels
  • Experience working on commercial construction sites : setting out, concrete form work, reinforcing, concrete work, steel assembly, carpentry work, carpentry finishing work
  • Commitment to improving performance in product quality and safety
