About the Opportunity
Our Planning & Funding have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join the team on a fixed-term basis until 30 / 06 / 2023.
This critical role has been developed to work as part of a team to advance planning and system development initiatives in the South.
About you
This is a role where your exemplary aptitude for networking and facilitation will be well utilised. You will be working with a wide variety of clinical and non-clinical stakeholders to pull together outputs including :
As such, developing connected partnerships from across the health system will be required, alongside pulling together insights and assessments from different stakeholders.
You will be able to adapt and respond to enthusiastic stakeholders in an environment that is complex and challenging.
Previous experience in the health or social sector, or evidence of transferrable skills is required. Note that the use of data and intelligence to bring evidence to planning activities is central to the role.
While stakeholders will support generation of epidemiological and system performance data, you will need to develop a high-level understanding of different data sources that services use for planning and monitoring outputs and outcomes, to synthesise and communicate findings that are relevant for planning.
You will need to be resilient, persistent, and focused on the end goals as we want to make a significant difference, but you will be supported by extremely professional colleagues - all dedicated to lifting the bar.
