  • Tui Tuia Learning Circle has a great opportunity for a dynamic Marketing Manager to join their team. You will oversee initiatives from a demand generation perspective to conversion;
  • oversee the end-to-end customer journey including the digital journey; be the guardian of the Tui Tuia Learning Circle brand;
  • and be instrumental in developing and driving strategic and tactical marketing and communications initiatives. Ideally you will have worked in a complex or large corporate environment where you have helped bring new ideas to life, created and delivered on a digital marketing strategy.

    You will be able to demonstrate strong negotiation and marketing skills to sell our services both nationally and internationally.

    Key responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute strategic and tactical marketing plans to promote Tui Tuia Learning Circle.
  • Act as the brand guardian, to ensure growth of brand awareness, and enable brand consistency.
  • Cultivate an active PR / communications and social media presence.
  • Design and oversee end to end customer journeys across Tui Tuia Learning Circle.
  • Develop the customer experience for customers through our online channel, from awareness to lead capture, to conversion, onboarding and digital learning.
  • Work closely with Programme Managers and Business Development functions to ensure leads are converted and support on sales forecasting.
  • Identify new business opportunities, and support the development, go to market and sustaining of new product / programme development across the Tui Tuia Learning Circle centres.
  • Oversee customer and stakeholder market research and provide insights and recommendations for growth or continuous improvement.
  • Oversee the monitoring, review and reporting on all marketing activity.
  • Your skills and experience :

  • Several years' experience at a senior level of Marketing.
  • Proven strategic marketing experience.
  • Experience and knowledge of Education sector.
  • Innovative thinker bringing new ideas and implementing continuous improvement.
  • Strong rapport building and trust building with cross functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • Expertise in digital communications across various tools, technologies and platforms including websites and social media.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written & verbal.
  • Organisational and priority-setting skills.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
