Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced product manager with experience in customer facing mobile applications. This role will see you managing the entire lifecycle of our mobile applications - you’ll be responsible for development and management of the product roadmap and vision and execute on it with the ability to continuously develop and grow our offering.

You’ll have a solid understanding of the market landscape; know which retailers have incredible mobile ecommerce experiences and you’ll have great initiatives and vision which will see our mobile apps come out on top.

Requirements for this role

  • Significant experience in a Product Manager, Product Owner, Solution Owner role responsible for mobile apps
  • Experienced in development and management of the product roadmap & or vision, working closely with the key business stakeholders in setting the product vision and strategy from creation to sunset.
  • Demonstrates a passion for product’ thinking and pushing boundaries to create the best possible customer experience.
  • Good judgement and commercial nous to ensure prioritization of the right opportunities.
  • Able to demonstrate a clear understanding of customer and business goals to ensure feature prisonization is aligned to the strategy.
  • Ability to determine customers’ needs and monitor and assess market competition. Be aware of trends and implications for the product / s lifecycle
  • Ability to contribute towards commercial arrangements, budgeting, preparation of Cost initiatives and business cases as required.
  • Demonstrates ability to clearly define user stories with business value and acceptance criteria
  • Individual Skills

  • Listens and communicates clearly and succinctly across all levels of the business
  • Demonstrates the ability to identify opportunities for continuous improvements.
  • Significant experience & understanding of CI / CD
  • Working knowledge of Agile development, lean methodology
  • Strong technical understanding of modern cloud architecture concepts patterns and technologies.
  • Superior analytical, evaluative, problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
  • Customer-focused : Create exceptional experiences for customers, both internal and external, by walking in their shoes and keeping them at the centre of everything you do.
  • Understand the trends, gather customer feedback, and pursue ideas that meet our customers' needs.

  • Take ownership : Step up, drive and deliver results. Prioritise your work to deliver business impact and customer value.
  • Leverage inputs from your team members and other stakeholders to make decisions

  • Test and learn : Try new things and learn from successes and failures. Work with others to identify roadblocks and share learnings along the way.
