As a Sous chef you will be working closely with the Head Chef on the day to day running of the kitchen and taking full responsibility of the kitchen on his days off.
You will be responsible for the training and development of junior members of the team and maintaining the quality and standards throughout the business.
The ideal sous chef will have a good understanding of butchery, fish preparation and some pastry knowledge. Please only apply for this position if you are between the ages of 18 to 30 as this role has an age restriction due to the requirements of the Visa.
