About the Role

  • Supporting a Senior Account Manager, this role will have you liaising directly with major clients who are mainly FMCG, Cosmetic Houses etc.
  • A role designed to be a stepping-stone into on-the-road Account Management (but plenty of other progression opportunities will be available if you prefer a different direction).
  • You will collaborate with your internal team including Sales, Design, and Production teams to ensure each project / job is executed seamlessly.
  • This role will have you working with an amazing supportive team who work hard but have a lot of fun!
  • Full induction and training are provided here (but you do need to have some Print Industry experience).

    About You

  • With some Print experience, whether it be a CSR, Sales Support, Reception or Administration, you have an understanding of managing job bags, and understand how crazy, busy and yet exciting this industry is.
  • If you understand colour management, file management and taking briefs this would be a bonus.

  • Or you could come from a Sales Support role for another manufacturer. But please note we are looking for some stability (2 years plus in the same role).
  • You're ambitious. self-motivated, engaging, enthusiastic and embrace change. Nothing stands still in this industry!
  • You're a real relationship person. Confident to ask questions and thrive in a busy environment where your internal relationships are just as key as your client ones.
  • You are known for your impeccable attention to detail. You have a high level of computer literacy and you don't miss a beat when taking a brief.
  • You are process driven and work methodically to ensure every detail is correct.
  • Your communication skills are professional and articulate - both in written and verbal language. (English "as if" first language as a lot of this role will have you talking directly to clients).
  • Ideally you reside East or South Auckland and will enjoy working locally. Ideal hours are 8am-4.30pm here.
  • Remuneration

  • Starting circa $55K to early $60K's depending on experience level, pitched to attract a print industry CSR who wants a role where they can progress to Account Management.
