Job Description

As a Client Services Director, you will lead our senior account service team. You will be a true leader and a driving force on our clients business being directly responsible for delivering client revenue.

What you will do

  • Leadership and supervision of client and partner relationships
  • Foster and grow strong client relationships by proactive thinking, planning and actions
  • Responsible for delivering client revenue and profitability objectives
  • Management, development and coaching of Account Directors and account service team
  • Formulate and make recommendations on long term strategy, plans and solutions both within the agency and to clients
  • Be fully accountable for the on budget delivery of projects
  • Proactively seek out ways to grow agency revenue
  • Continually evaluate market trends and research
  • Provide business reporting and forecasts on client billings.
  • Qualifications

  • 7 years + of experience in marketing, digital or client service role
  • Solid digital marketing experience and data driven marketing experience
  • Demonstrated analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • A strong problem solver with the ability to work under pressure and meet agreed deadlines
  • Confident presentation skills
  • Strong team player and people manager
  • Dedicated to quality service delivery and solutions focused.
