    Our dedicated and motivated Auckland team are seeking a like-minded individual as a full-time Customer Services Representative for 40 hours a week.

    The hours of work for this role are Monday to Friday from 9.00am to 5.30pm and rostered Saturdays.

    This varied and challenging position includes making that first impression on the phone; answering queries, processing job bookings and ticket orders, coordinating freight movements and managing undeliverable freight, as well as liaising with couriers and scanning courier redemptions.

    We are seeking an outstanding communicator with attention to detail, great interpersonal skills, initiative, a sense of humour and a superb service-oriented approach.

    This is a hands-on role so the ability to lift heavy goods from time to time is essential.
