About the opportunity

Reporting to the Chief Executive and leading a team committed to business growth in existing and new markets, commercial performance and the customer experience, the Chief Commercial Officer takes overall accountability for the successful development and delivery of the commercial and customer strategies of Enable;

delivering greater growth, diversification of the business, executing higher performing product strategies and maximising the achievement of commercial performance objectives all for the benefit of the community of Christchurch.

In doing this, the Chief Commercial Officer will :

Deliver exceptional leadership to a team of Sales, Strategic Marketing, Business Growth and Engagement & Sustainability leaders, providing clarity of objectives, valuable coaching and mentoring, transparent communication and a truly collaborative environment.

Bring strong thought-leadership and innovation to the development and execution of valuable commercial, marketing, product and customer strategies that ensure Enable can achieve its objectives while staying at the forefront of technology and global thinking.

Establish true sustainable development with a balance between environment, economic and social dimensions positioning Enable as a leader in the community.

Work as a true executive, collaborating with and supporting all members of the Senior Leadership Team and taking accountability for the delivery of the organisation-wide strategies and objectives.

This is an executive level role for a motivated Commercial Leader who brings depth of capability and proven achievement as a result of experience, execution and leadership in commercial, marketing, sales and strategy disciplines. Interested?

To be successful as the new Chief Commercial Officer, you will bring a proven and deep capability in the execution of successful and innovative commercial strategies within the telecommunications industry.

A diverse professional background which includes marketing, sales and people leadership; your approach will combine the development and management of strong relationships with data and evidence driven decisions.

A courageous thought-leader with exceptional communication capability and extensive proven relationship capabilities; you will be able to demonstrate how you have successfully, grown and diversified business performance, broadened and improved the customer experience and driven sustainable business outcomes through leadership and on your own account.
