Key Responsibilities :
Identifying areas for automation and / or new technologies to improve efficiency.
Developing, defining, optimising and integrating business processes.
Identifying and promoting business improvement and innovation opportunities
Analysing business information to enhance management decision making.
Improving business efficiency and information availability within the Perimeter.
Scoping system requirements.
Coordinating and communicating systems development and implementation.
Proactively monitoring, controlling, mitigating change risks or change resistance and predicting potential problems.
Supporting the business change management strategies as required
Implementation and training development for new systems.
Key Skills Required :
Relevant commercial or business tertiary qualification or similar experience.
Experience with Business Process Modelling Notation Methods
Experience as a Systems Analyst or Business Analyst gathering and documenting operational requirements
Experience with process design and implementation for technical field service-based support and workflow management.
Proven experience in data analysis and developing operational systems.
Relevant Project Management and Change Leadership experience.
Strong communication and influencing skills and the ability to work with a diverse group of people.
Competence in relevant software and database programmes, e.g. SQL Server, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project, MS Powerpoint, MS Visio.
