The opportunity

We're looking for a creative, dynamic self-starter to bring some bold, innovative thinking in talent attraction by increasing awareness and influencing the brand of EY.

We'll give you plenty of scope to bring your ideas to reality to attract and engage candidates helping bring the right talent to EY.

You'll enjoy the variety and challenge of working with a diverse range of teams including business leaders, Brand, Marketing and Communications, Diversity & Inclusiveness teams and of course our Talent Attraction and Acquisition team across Oceania.

This role is initially available as a 12-month contract and can be located in either Australia or New Zealand.

Your key responsibilities

  • As our Recruitment Brand Manager, you'll assist with delivering our brand and digital strategy including;
  • Design, develop and execution of recruitment marketing campaigns across both student and experienced talent audiences
  • Development of resources to help in providing the best possible candidate experience across all touch-points in the attraction process
  • Collates and builds authentic and compelling employee generated content to activate through recruitment branding including social channels, various online platforms and website
  • Overall management and execution of careers social media strategy and content
  • Skills and attributes for success

    To qualify for the role you must have

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills; clear understanding of how to write for different audiences including social media channels

  • Understanding of core brand and marketing principles or employer branding background
  • Ideally, you'll also have

    Experience generating content for student and experienced talent audiences

  • Project management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities
