We're looking for a creative, dynamic self-starter to bring some bold, innovative thinking in talent attraction by increasing awareness and influencing the brand of EY.
We'll give you plenty of scope to bring your ideas to reality to attract and engage candidates helping bring the right talent to EY.
You'll enjoy the variety and challenge of working with a diverse range of teams including business leaders, Brand, Marketing and Communications, Diversity & Inclusiveness teams and of course our Talent Attraction and Acquisition team across Oceania.
This role is initially available as a 12-month contract and can be located in either Australia or New Zealand.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; clear understanding of how to write for different audiences including social media channels
Ideally, you'll also have
Experience generating content for student and experienced talent audiences
