The Payroll Partner's role is to ensure the accurate and timely processing of all Payroll related tasks in accordance with legislation, contractual terms and conditions, company procedures and Business Unit requirements.

This role is responsible for managing end to end payroll activities including management of T&A inputs providing guidance and advice where required, payroll processing in our Chris21 payroll system, maintaining employee data, managing and providing advice on compliance with all relevant legislation and providing a high level of customer
The team are hardworking, friendly and down to earth. Your role is paramount to ensuring Payroll operates efficiently and as such you will enjoy taking ownership, assisting others and working collaboratively whilst remaining confident, resilient and accurate.
We are looking for someone to hit the ground running. You must have experience in a high-volume role with complex payroll, can drive process improvement, and have proven success in operating in a high performing team.
Stakeholder management and exceptional customer service delivery is key. You will be part of a large experienced team of payroll professionals, whose success is due to our high standards and supportive, friendly environment.
