The opportunity

As an Acquisition Sales Specialistyou’ll be part of a team accountable for digitizing SME businesses through implementingbusiness management software, which will enable SMEs to deliver higher revenuegrowth.

The team you will be joiningare passionate, hard working sellers executing best inclass sales methodologies and pipelinemanagement processes in delivering high volume, fast velocity revenuegrowth.

The SME Acquisition Sales (Campaigns) Industries team is a critical component of our sales model and presents anoutstanding opportunity to hone one’s skills while building a strong foundationin preparation for an exciting and rewarding career with MYOB.

Therole :

  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas by creating customervalue.
  • Proactive planning, forecasting and pipeline management, ensuring thatgap and upside plans are in place.
  • Leverage campaigns to curate opportunities within your territory.
  • Work with the vertical Marketing team to ensure campaigns are executedthat will contribute to agreed sales and customer outcomes.
  • Manage a value based sales cycle from qualification of need, through toobjection handling, negotiation and closing sales.
  • Whatyou will bring :

  • Business development sales professional with 2+ years experience
  • Track record of working within a global software / SaaS vendor
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
  • ERP, Payroll, WFM, and / or Financial Services sales experience
  • Experience in the accounting (professional services)
  • Experience with campaign driven sales and MQLs and opportunitymanagement.
  • Value based selling expertise to SME customers is valuable.
  • Marketing and lead generation experience is preferable
