About the Role :
The Contract Manager is a member of the leadership team and plays an integral part in the delivery to our client. You’ll be working closely with our dedicated and enthusiastic delivery team and key client stakeholders to ensure resource and capability is developed and available for delivery of services through continuous review, mentoring and coaching while ensuring compliance to the contract deliverables and meeting the KPI’s.
The key to success for this role is building and maintaining credibility using your customer relationship management skills along with demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and your ability to collaborate and influence cross teams.

Skills and Experience :
You will enjoy working in a fast-paced agile environment and be experienced in building maintenance or facilities management and asset maintenance.
Your previous experience will include leading operational and delivery teams, while having an innovative and growth mind-set.
