About the role

Responsible for managing a number of research insights programmes, your role as a Senior within the team is to project a number of initiatives to support an improved overall customer experience.

Whilst some projects are managed in-house, you may also work alongside an agency to develop quarterly or annual surveys. Typical projects will include market perceptions, customer satisfaction, performance tracking and campaign research.

Given the research feeds into providing a voice for the customer, a number of different research techniques are applied to get a really clear view of the landscape they are dealing with.

About you

You are an experienced Market Researcher who enjoys working on a number of projects at once.

You have :

  • Strong research and analysis skills and enjoy deep diving into the results to truly understand what the numbers are telling you
  • Exceptional presentation skills and enjoy consulting to senior stakeholders
  • Experience with delivering VOC programmes
  • Ideally some knowledge of Human Centred Design or Design Thinking
  • Knowledge of SPSS or a similar statistical tool
  • Some knowledge of working in an agile environment.
