Description & Requirements

About the Role

  • Ensure protection of Kraft Heinz brands by implementing and assessing risk management (Quality Risk Management Process - QRMP) in the technical areas of food safety and quality
  • Coordinate with the site manager in the sites Quality objectives and Improvement plans ensuring execution of the sites KPIs
  • Assist with projects and approval of projects
  • Support the FSQ department and Site decisions and actions to reduce customer complaints and improve right first-time production.
  • Assist the FSQ site responsibilities for reporting and steering meetings.
  • Support Food Safety & Quality (FSQ) Systems improvements & projects on site
  • Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the QA team in a way consistent with the Heinz Leadership model
  • Support / coach / enable work centres to achieve their quality goals
  • Third party audit- QRMP- compliance
  • Ensure non standard product is captured & controlled so that it does not leave site
  • Maintain product standards
  • Advocate on behalf of customer & consumer in relation to quality issues
  • About You

  • Sound Leadership skills
  • Good interpersonal skills Communication-
  • Ability to grasp technical concepts
  • Decision making ability on product food safety & quality
  • Experience with quality risk assessment
  • High level of computer literacy
  • High level of personal integrity and sense of right and wrong
  • Strong character
  • Technical experience in the food industry.
