We are looking for an energetic and motivated individual who displays initiative and has a flexible and positive attitude to join our diverse and collaborative team in Hastings on a part time basis.
You will provide support and complete administrative tasks for the team, as well as supporting the reception duties in our office, ensuring they are delivered effectively and efficiently;
ensuring a high level of customer care and a people-centric approach.
Take ownership and complete administrative tasks daily
Perform all reception duties and liaise with incoming clients, face to face and on the phone.
Communicate effectively and timely with advisers, partners and corporate staff
Be an active contributor to the Client Services team and ensure exceptional client service is always provided
Ensure all client related tasks in our local office or designated region are completed in accordance with SLAs and regulation standards
Provide courteous and efficient reception and customer service to all clients and stakeholders
As this is a starting position with our office we are looking for someone with a can do attitude who is willing to go that extra mile.
Be competent in Microsoft Suite, including Outlook, Teams, Word and some Excel.
