They inspire us, motivate us and drive us to provide the very best service to the New Zealand public.About the roleThis hands-on position provides day to day advice and guidance on quality and regulatory issues to the region and be a national quality lead for one or more functional area(s) of the organisation.
A key aspect of this role will be helping your colleagues to find improvement opportunities by conducting internal audits and assisting in the investigation of serious incidents.
You will also provide guidance for changes and validations. Additionally, you will contribute to the development of the national quality system and support operational projects as they arise.
About youAre you a Quality champion, have an eye for detail, and interested in learning more about what happens in other areas of the organization?
To be successful in this role you will be a self-directed individual with strong interpersonal skills, strong computer skills and have a tertiary qualification in a science or health related discipline.
A post-graduate qualification in quality would be well regarded but is not essential. Ideally, however, you will have at least three years' experience working in a regulated environment.
