We are currently seeking an experienced Agile Project Manager to join our National Office team, in the CBD of Auckland. This is a permanent full time role.
You will have primary responsibility for the successful delivery of assigned projects which will include all phases of the projects lifecycle (applying agile principles and methods, as well as more traditional project methods), people leadership, resource planning and management, project & governance reporting, stakeholder's management and ensuring operational / day-to-day delivery of all project tasks / deliverables to deliver as expected.
What we're searching for :
A minimum of 5 years project management experience across multiple frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, Lean and Waterfall
University degree in the field of computer science or a related field
Formal project management training and certification, preferably Agile PM Practitioner Certification
Experience in coaching the project team and the wider business community through the adoption of Agile principle
Experience in the application of Facilitated Workshops, MoSCoW, Prioritisation, Iterative Development, Timeboxing, Modelling
Experience of using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, RealtimeBoard, Agile Cards
Experience overseeing the design, development and implementation of software and hardware solutions, systems or products
Strong people and project management skills including planning, financial forecasting, managing resources, managing vendors and managing risks and issues
Have lead projects through all phases of project life cycles (including in Agile project delivery environments), including post implementation support (bubble support)
Extremely organized with excellent communication skills
Experience in healthcare and IS infrastructure projects preferred.
