Is this your next role?
You’ll look after the granting of credit for Business & Rural customers. You’ll be part of a team to ensure future delivery of products and services under the Heartland structure.
You’ll ensure Credit Policy and Lending Standards are appropriate and reflect the bank’s risk appetite. You’ll work with Head of Operations Credit Risk and AMG to ensure the Bank’s credit risk is well managed and the appropriate reporting to executive and board is maintained.
Does this sound like you?
You’re a super experienced credit manager, with experience in financial services and complex rural, commercial and SME lending.
With strong negotiating and relationship building skills, you’re collaborative, great to deal with and skilled at building long term relationships internally and externally.
Happy to flex when required, you work at pace.
