First-Line Supervisor of Production and Operating Workers
WineWorks Marlborough is searching for an experienced Team Leader who can lead a small team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
You will be joining an experienced group of Team Leaders on our night shift. The ideal candidate will be someone who embraces modern technology, has proven leadership experience, can lead a team to achieve high standards and exceed quality goals.
Previous experience working night shift would be ideal, but not necessary. Most importantly, we are looking for someone with an outgoing and fun personality who enjoys interacting with people and driving great performance.
A sense of humour is also must!
This is a full-time and permanent salaried position, working within the hours of 5.00pm to 5.00am, predominantly four (4) nights per week, with seasonal variations.
It is expected that you will work a 45-hour week and the right person for the role can expect to negotiate a very competitive salary.
