We have an exciting opportunity for a Programme Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of our Strengthening the Treasury programme which is a strategic priority for the Treasury.
Reporting to the Director, Organisational Strategy and Performance (OSP) you will play a key role in ensuring the Treasury achieves its organisational change goals.
You will be leading a small team responsible for coordinating Treasury-wide organisational change across a range of areas.
You will bring your excellent influencing and relationship skills to engage across the Treasury to ensure delivery of the programme, the majority of which is delivered in other business areas.
To be successful in this role you will collaborate and work closely with a range of people from across the Treasury, you will have a natural ability to bring people on the journey and maintain the overall coherence of the programme through planning, governance, risk and issue management, resourcing and budget management.
You will also be responsible for monitoring and reporting and will have accountability for providing the necessary assurances and controls that the programme is on track.

Appointment to this role will be based on a range of factors but to give an indication of the salary band the midpoint is $182,200.
