He angitūtanga : The opportunity

Are you passionate about customer service and want to enhance the written communication channel? In this Customer Response Coordinator role, you will maintain an oversight of the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987 (LGOIMA) and formal complaints across Regulatory Services, ensuring Auckland Council meets its responsibilities and obligations.

You will monitor and report on these and identify and recommend opportunities for improvements based on analysis and report.

You will also be the lead subject matter expert.

This varied role will require working collaboratively across council, and communities to effectively contribute towards the delivery of the Māori Responsiveness Plan for Tāmaki Makaurau and create a coherent linkage with the council’s overall work programme to achieve Maori outcomes.

We are looking for a candidate with strong experience in written communication, as well as initiative and a real customer service ethos.

You will have a proven ability to identify areas of growth and improvement and the ability to facilitate requests end to end.

Your communication skills will be second to none - both written and verbal. You need to be organised, analytical, and have great attention to detail along with having great interpersonal and relationship building skills.

Knowledge and / or experience in SAP CRM is preferred.
