    Reporting to the Reporting Manager- Risk Analytics’, you will be responsible for providing and producingeffective reporting, insights and analysis to stakeholders that supportportfolio management and meet governance frameworks and compliance obligations.

    This is a highly collaborative role with exposure to the wider risk insightsteam, Australia and other departments internally.

    Using your experience in complex analysisand your interpretive skills you’ll be anticipating, identifying and mitigatingrisk exposure for the Bank.

    You’ll be creating and enhancing internal and / orexternal regulatory risk management reports to understand risk exposures andtrack key trends, analyzing and communicating your findings back to thebusiness.

    You will be relied upon for your support of management initiativesand your ability to identify value add opportunities.

    What you will bring to the role

  • Tertiary qualified - one of the majors in Statistics (Essential), with Maths / Computer Science / Information Tech / Economics is preferred
  • Solid experience in Credit Risk reporting and analytics or similar. Knowledge of credit products advantageous
  • Applied data analysis skills and demonstrated ability to query and analyse large data sets
  • Ability to drive insights from data using exceptional numeric analysis, logical and interpretative skills essential
  • Advanced SAS and SQL skills essential
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, e.g. communicating complex analysis to non-analytical people
  • Exceptional report writing and storytelling skills including the use of MS Office and visualisation tools
  • Forecasting experience would be advantageous.
